The location is very good.
The hotel was under a restoration, so some things weren't finished. There was no glass in the window of my bathroom, just a plastic. In the first night 3 coackroaches appeared in the room and they didn't clean the room next day. Breakfast is really poor. And when I checked out, I couldn't use my credit card (they said the machine was not installed). The staff guys are kind, but unprepared.

It's close to the beach and little downtown beach. There is parking lot and the staff are very kind.
The shower was cold, the bedroom and the pillow were not so confortable.

Excellent location: near the beach and canasvieras commodities. Nice personal at reception and breakfast. Clean rooms
Small rooms and very expensive stay but we stayed at new years eve.
